MEP BIM Modeler
Location: Jeddah, KSA
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of gulf experience
Degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, BIM Technology, etc.).
Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeler with a specialization in mechanical systems.
Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software.
Strong understanding of mechanical MEP systems and construction processes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP systems, particularly mechanical systems, in compliance with project requirements.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient modeling.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.
Maintain updated models throughout project lifecycles.
