Introduction
Living in Pasadena,CA with wife, no kids, currently in mid 50's working for NASA and considering spending 1-3 months of winter in Panama in less than 5 years. Currently collect US Military Pension soon to qualify for another Fed pension. Like the VISA advantages offered by Panama.
