My cat Fenya and I plan to move to Montevideo in 2018 (or, possibly, sooner.) She will be 6 y.o. and I in my early 60s. I have no connections with anybody in Montevideo and I am looking forward to meet new people and hope to make friends. But before I do the move, I am in need of a lot of INFO.
