My goal is to remove the limits that have been created and explore where you are unfulfilled and determine what is holding you back. Essentially bring you more meaningfulness and satisfaction to your life. I coach clients towards their best life, specialising in relationship, family and divorce issues, expatriates, career choices and challenges, and raising self-esteem. I received my life coach training under Martha Beck, the best selling author and columnist for O, the Oprah Magazine. Martha is a world renowned life coach and her training has given me the proven techniques to help you get the most out of life.
