Introduction
Dr. Rene Torres is a native of New York City. He moved to Ecuador in 2009 from California, and to Panama in 2014. He still maintains a residence in Yorba Linda, CA. He is a retired CEO with a Harvard MBA (Finance/Real Estate) and holds a PhD in Business Administration.
