Hi, I'm Chaturangi living in Denmark
I joined expat.com on 29 April 2016.
A brand new start for me and my family!
Well preserved and respected country.
Nothing as such! Simply a great country!
Beautiful Family oriented lifestyle!
My home town and nothing to compare for a loving family circle!
Where there's family, nothing to dislike!
I've visited my Sister-In-Law's place In Malpensata. It was a small trip as I was pregnant at that time. We could visited Verona and Venice which was really admirable cities. I did enjoy the ride on Gondolas but must say bit scary though! It's amazing that the whole Venice is under water! I could climbed to the top of Pisa which was 'Felicitation' by some visitor there as I was with 5 months bump! Due to long travelling matter I could not visit Rome. But I'm looking forward to go there in near future!
The weather was quite alright and people were very cordial. I really loved the ancient cities with ruins. They have a very admired history!
I simply found that some cities are not very clean; so may be consider more cleaner environment would make everybody happy!
I was there for my higher studies; Hospitality with Tourism Management. Me and my elder brother were living in Stoke and after I got married my husband joined too. I was graduated in 2012 from the University of Birmingham and by then we had a little daughter!
England of course a very big country; for my 5 years stay in there I could visit number of attractions and cities. It is a huge historical country I would say, but of course much sophisticated! Well developed in all aspects and the life there is really valued. The city where we lived; Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire county was much affordable for living. Easily accessible for major cities like Manchester and Birmingham. Schools, Medical assistance, all sorts of transportation, super markets with variety of things for any nationality, parks and food courts etc... It's a whole big package with all the needs! And most of all, the people are very welcoming and helpful! We loved the diversity there! and yes the dynamic whether!
Hmmmm....nothing particular. Just some Friday nights which were unbearable due to loud noises in the neighborhood.
