Introduction

I am a jamaican, I worked as a personal trainer for almost 15 yrs ,very much in tuned with my higher self ..... Humble and easy going individual who just loves an appreciates life and people, my goal is to travel the world with my family.

I joined expat.com on 20 August 2016.

I can speak English mostly but currently learning the Spanish language
Interests meditation, spending lots of time with my family, staying healthy.
