Introduction
Moved from Oxfordshire, England to Romania end of April 2010 after visiting the country a dozen or so times since 1992. Currently turning 90 year old Saxon house into a bed & breakfast. Romanian company now registered as Casa Cristina Roandola SRL. Widower since 2001 and hoping to meet a Romanian lady to help me run the business!

Expat experience
Converting 90 year old house in a Saxon village near Sighisoara. Opening as a pensiunea in April 2011
Beautiful city surrounded by beautiful countryside with lots of historic buildings, especially the many biserica fortificata

Moved to Wantage on my marriage to Christine in 1972. Had three different houses in the town were we raised two children. Sadly Chris died in 2001 after a five year fight with cancer. Moved to nearby Grove in 2003. Both children married and I now have three delightful grandchildren (still in England).
A nice place to live in the Vale of White Horse area of the Thames Valley
Always had to travel for work. Employed at various times in Oxford, London and Swindon
