Hi, I am a young pro-active Aussie currently working as a Project Manager in a large corporation in Brno in the Czech Republic. My dream and plan is to open up my own surf hostel likely in a Spanish speaking country by 2019. I don't want to be working my whole life to save a massive corporation a little bit of extra money each year that will end up not in the hands of the people who need it but in the hands of the grossly wealthy. I don't want to spend my life chasing money, or owning a business that has no heart. I want to devote my life to creating pleasant experiences for myself and my clients. I have some money for investment and I want to open up a surf hostel, which will begin as a large open space with a few hammocks and cabins with beds, and eventually, with some heart and hard work, will end up as a lively, vibrant, fun, laid back, homey, loving and beautiful surf hostel with a pool, outdoor bar, outdoor kitchen and surrounded by greenery. I will soon start my research and preparation by undertaking courses and working in as many hostels in as many countries as possible. First hostel work experience will be coming up in the summer of 2017 in Portugal. I am starting to learn Spanish now to prepare.
