Introduction
I was born in Zimbabwe in 1983, relocated to South Africa in 2006, I have been involved in the Aviation Industry here in Johannesburg since 2015 - and am looking to branching out into Rwanda so that i can establish my business.
I joined expat.com on 19 June 2017.
Expat experience
for a short time i was involved in my church's social justice and outreach project in a nearby township in Benoni.
The peace and central location, within reach of Johannesburg's cbd.
the crime levels in the nearby Boksburg and Benoni CBDs.
I grew up in this tourist resort. My childhood was not eventful, i came from a middle class family back when my country still had a middle class. I worked in the travel and tourism industry in my hoemtown before i got married and relocated to South Africa.
The opportunity to meet new people everyday. The peace and humble life one has access to in this simple but popular town.
It was too far from the economic hub of the country, it was also disconnected from the rest of the world in the sense that there were no young entrepreneurs of my generation and there was no innovative ideas to change or break new ground in the busy tourism industry running the small town of Vic falls.
