I immigrated to the USA to marry my sweetheart in November of 1985. Relocated to a number of states over the years and began my career in real estate in 2003. Started off in residential resales in Bakersfield California and segued to business brokerage about a year into my career though I still help clients with their residential needs. Through business brokerage I became skilled in a variety of commercial real estate products including leasing, selling retail and industrial properties. I have a passion for helping institutional investors with their challenges to meet their liabilities and believe I have an excellent solution to contribute towards improved portfolio performance. Have licenses in Texas, California and Nevada.
