Have been a west coast resident all my life (US), mainly in Alaska and Washington. Travelled to Europe 11 tines back in the 70s and 80s. Due to some poor retirement planning and a couple of business declines, I am forced to live only on my Sovial Security income of approximately $1700 per month. I have basically reached the end of my options, trying to live on that income here in the states
