I grew up on the border of Switzerland then moved to London and lived there for over 10 years. I am a single mother of a 4 year old girl. I visited Vietnam 5 years ago and fell in love with the country and the people. I chose to come back here and experience it for a longer period. I eat a plant based diet so being in a country where quality fruits and vegetables are in abondance is very important to me.
