Introduction
My name is Joe Mancini. Born in Portland Maine. I have spent time (served a mission for the LDS church) in Venezuela and Puerto Rico. I spent some time in Colombia both in Medellin and Cali and am interested in retiring there. I have met a lady and am just trying to figure out what the costs are to marry a Colombian lady in Colombia? Thank you
