English is widely spoken! The standard of beauty is skewed in this country..BIG time.

I don't really like Thailand but have been forced to go at least 5 times (2018). Its been exploited for maybe 3 generations. If your skin is tanned you get treated like a 2nd class citizen outside of Bangkok.
I try to avoid Thailand at all cost. The color complex is very real here.
I have been to Canada more times then England (lived 10 min from Niagara Falls during University)
Felt unwelcome and alone as a Hispanic.
My first solo backpacking journey & experience living in Asia.
