Been paying the bills as a GC here in Denver. A recent eye accident has made it frustrating to practice my trade with only 1 good eye. I'll be turning 65 in June'18. After 2 tears of doctors, I'm done, I'm good with it all. Coming in late May to find a long term rental. Time to look for a purchase.
