Hey, I am from USA east coast. I have now been living in Niepolomice for over a year now with my wife and daugther. I currently own "Yankees" which is an American/Polish style resturant. I am also the chef, my menu is full of American stly dishes. We serve soups to sandwiches and anything in between.
