I just moved into an apartment in the Nimmanhaemin area. Is there a trick to getting Internet here? I want to subscribe to the 3BB hotspot but can't seem to find any info or a number to call that's in English. Help!

We would like to move to CM in 2012. How much money we have to deposit to the Thai's bank in order to get retirement visa for a couple (2 persons)? Could we use our IRA or 401K accounts as the resouces? Please advise. Many thanks.
