I am 77 yo white male. I have a masters degree in counseling and have a career in teaching and counseling. I have been married for 40 years and am now happily and legally separated. I have a TEFL ESL certificate to teach English earned in Guadalajara about 6 months ago. I am looking for a peaceful life with a caring Mexican woman. Although I am 77, I am in great health and I am told that I could pass for 60 yo. I enjoy reading, some hiking, informed conversation, art and friendship. If I move to Puebla, I would sell everything and rent a small house in a secure probably expat local. Political instability in Guatemala, Venezuela and the USA is reported to strongly influence crime in Mexico. Is this correct?
