Expat experience
My husband is Moroccan and now we are looking to move there. His family is living in Rabat but we are open for moving to anywhere in Morocco. I am looking for work within the fields of tourism, hotel, restaurant, event hosting, I also have a master's degree in landscape architecture and I have built and designed hotels in Indonesia, working with ecotourism development, landscape management and masterplanning in Indonesia for 7 years. In the future I want to build a riad. I absolutely love moroccan architecture, and would love to marry that with my passion for sustainable eco-friendly building and living .
I was designer and co-owner of a bungalow resort that was selected First choice on our island by Lonely Planet's guide. I was working with eco tourism development and landscape restoration for a swedish-indonesian company by order of indonesian authorities, managing 1000 ha of land and 20,000 ha of water in Lombok/Sumbawa. I am a landscape architect, together with some friends I built a bungalow resort that we were running as a "family business". Since I have a background in hospitality I was educating our staff in housekeeping and service.
