Hi! I'm a teacher from Australia living and working in Nairobi. I'm currently looking for a house mate to share with me and my little Kenyan family including Veronicah (friend and househelp) and her son Meloy (2 and a half year old boy), as well as some of my other favorite people who come to visit me here and there! I'm very relaxed and sociable and would love someone with similar thinking. Rent and bills are very reasonable and the location is on Ngong Road near Racecourse. It's walking distance to Junction Nakumatt as well as a short matatu ride to Karen. It takes about 30min to get to town depending on traffic. Email me if you would like more information! Karibu Sana

Currently, I'm a teacher working at an International School in Karen. I work full time and on the side I am part of an organisation called KenyaIMAGINE who are working in Kibera to build a library for the community.
Kenya has an amazing culture and its people are so resilient and hardworking. You can also see some amazing things in Kenya like traveling to the coast for the weekend or visiting the Mara to see the migration or even climbing Mt Kenya. Kenyan fruit and vegetables!!
Traffic, Matatu conductors - but I love matatu's, cost of living, Kenyan time!
