Update on our Development/house building experience by Justagirl8870
I write this update with exhaustion in my breath but I am so appreciative of all of the support during our journey that I wanted to offer this for those that gave those encouraging words. August, 2021, almost 6 years after taking the bait, home ...
This may have been said already, but are any owners of the company American? Are you American? If so you can take them to court in the US. Any American who defrauds another American can be sued in US court, no matter where the fraud occurred. ... Read More

You could also use phone apps like western union or a variety of others. They can transfer straight into anyone bank account long as you have the info. I use this in mexico and the exchange rate is pretty close to the actual rate and fees are as ... Read More
Anyone have experience or opinions on prefab construction of homes? by samramon
We are looking to build a home for under $30k. We are finding that to build anything of decent size for that price it pretty much limits us to prefab deals. So far we have looked at Concrepal and MaderasKodiak. Concrepal is very Tico in the sense ...
Maybe you could use glass instead to cut down on maintenance. :-) Of course you still need the structural beams, etc but the less maintenance the better. Read More
