Retired. Saving up for my SRRV. COVID has made life more difficult. Living with three Filipino friends.
Good sized city outside the metro, traffic not too bad, walking distance to a Unitop, (great store), short drive to plenty of things, BI satellite office in city, generally quiet.
Needs more road maintenance, traffic signals.
