禁漫天堂

My husband and I are planning to move to Costa Rica from Miami, Fl with four, possibly five rescued dogs. Two of the dogs are pugs, too big to fit under the seat and they cannot fly with the luggage because of breathing difficulties. We have no idea on how we are going take them, this is the only thing stopping us. We are trying to look into taking them by ship or maybe in a cargo plane but so far we have not been able to come up with anything.
