buy from dealer ..then wait three months for temporary plate number , so its useless for three months ,or two months three weeks ..illegal ..i beleive you can use for first week out of shop ..but lto states if vehicle on the road ...must have plate ... Read More

quite simply unless you have a 13 a or visa valid for one year ..you cant convert foriegn licence ..even heard of one guy flew in togrther got the balikayan stamp ..good for a year , but whichever lto he went to said thats not a one year visa ... Read More
