Cashing a paycheck without iqama by dicartagini

Greetings, I will be working for a government university as of next month. I was wondering if a paycheck can be cashed while waiting for my iqama. Do you know if universities are ok with handing checks instead of making a direct deposit? Best!

eddamylene

You can present your passport plus the temporary iqama that they will give you while waiting for your iqama if you wish to in cash a paycheck. Although you will need an iqama to remit outside KSA. Read More
