Introduction
In Feb 2011 I finally moved to Milano. Loved it. I spent 6 months there, then moved to Venice (working in a hostel) for 3 months, then thanks to a lack of money, I was forced to come back to NZ in Nov (and other reasons). So now I'm back in NZ for a while, while I save up, learn more Italian, and wait for the economy to sort itself out (or the Govt!). I'm really keen to meet up with Italians, happy to show new expats around etc, just drop me a msg!

Expat experience
My life is now working towards getting back to Italy some day.
I do love Auckland.. Did miss the beaches and the lifestyle here
it's not italy/europe and so far away from there.. and I can't find any friends that are italian!
I moved there with the intention of being there 'for as long as it takes' to be fluent, and to see all of Europe. Didn't quite happen this time around.
It's Italy! speaking, learning, making friends, the food, the country, the coffee!!
no work for me, so I had to go home :(
