I am a graphic designer looking to move to a multinational ad agency (hopefully in cape town as well) where I have the opportunity to execute my ideas and work with art directors. I want to work in an agency that will encourage me. At this point , I have ideas but not the clients that are willing to do something different. Help me out.. I want to start out as a graphic designer and later have the opportunity to be an art director.
