Many articles talk of 1 Euro homes and 7% tax rates etc. It sounds like it could be lower cost living, but what if you don't want a home that requires substantial renovation? What if you want to be in a larger town than what the 7% tax zones are ...

@sfhoya That sounds really nice. The more I consider different areas, I might want to stay closer to big cities for medical and other things, but Sicily really has a lot going for it. I can see why a lot of expats are there. Read More
