New female to Al hasa area in need of friends and activity by newtoalhasa

I recently moved to Al Hasa, I do not work, nor do I live on a compound. I would like to know what an American woman can do here to meet other women and or get some exercise. I've only been here a few weeks and I need to get out of the house ...
