I've been travelling around the Balkans for 15 years, and spent 3 years living in Serbia, so I finally opted for Montenegro, linking my two passions - the land and the sea. Today, as a nature facilitator, I guide children and adults (individually - with the family - in groups; at school or elsewhere) to discover the power's Nature. As a herbalist, I share my expertise in recognising, harvesting, preserving and preparing medicinal products, and tasty dishes (essential oils, spirits, living cooking). Dance - walking - mindfulness meditations; moving and storytelling workshops. As the mother of 3 beautiful children, I share with other parents experience of learning as a family. I organise day-long or multi-day bivouac hikes. As a social educator, connected to a network of parents: Creative Parenting, I open my toolbox of games to support those who want to pacify, strengthen and support their place and roles in their community. As a nutritionist, I help you to prevent illness through a healthy diet based on living, nutritious, seasonal foods that are full of colour and flavour (even children ask for more)!
