I think that the best thing that you can do is phone the schools. Giovanni Curmi is a government school so fees should be completely different from private schools. It might fall under the free state schooling, but I am not sure about that. I ... Read More

New job in Malta - advice wanted please by northern_lad

As already said http://www.tal-linja.com/ is a good site to show you which buses are in your way. My suggestion would also be to live in Msida. Buses go from there to B'Kara and to Sliema/St.Julians. If you choose Msida there you would still have ... Read More

Dog lover by Gessabean

Hi, I'm thinking of moving over and I have 2 dogs. Could anyone tell me where could I walk them? Are there any open spaces? If I go real early, I mean 4 -5 am could I play with them on the beachs? Thanks, Gez

Girl talk. From your comments, you are well aware of business/formal attire. Sleeveless, as you thought should be avoided so a jacket would be fine. For example if you are summoned to law courts, a woman cannot enter if wearing sleeveless ... Read More

One thing about walking dogs in Malta. When in Malta you will see that some owners will keep the dog's bag clearly visible, sometimes attached to the dog's leash. They do that on purpose since there are wardens (in uniforms and in plain clothes) ... Read More
