I was offered a job in a school 1350 a month kuwait dinar and free apartment is that enough to live ok in Kuwait ? Also I will be 20 min away from school will need public transportation or may have to hire a diver.

What's the general rule here. In Hungary where I just moved from, nobody tipped ever for anything unless you liked the place and frequented it. What about here? I don't want to ruffle any feathers but I also don't want to throw my money away. ...
