Hello, I'm considering to expatriate in USA, with my family (me, my wife and a boy which is now 14). Coming from Italy, first I was thinking about warm states, but not sure exactly where. I have been a director in IT and in the next year I am working on a steel sheet processing factory (laser cut), where I am skilled in costs and human resources. Hope to find some infos here, to plan the expatriation.
