I'm Phil, and I have been living here in Toulouse for almost 5 years. I work at the Ecole National Aviation Civile. I have twin daughters aged almost 4 so my life has been all about nappies, milk and dummies, which is cool, but it is time now to socialise again. Anyone up for meeting in Toulouse, let me know.
