I'm a semi-retired business management consultant, living on the outskirts of Tijuana. Over the last forty years, I've spent more than 25 years, living in Chihuahua, Sonora, Veracruz, D.F. and Baja California, and have traveled all over the Republic. I'm interested in making contact with other ex-pats in the region, or sharing information with those that are interested in relocating to Mexico. I speak both English and Spanish fluently.
