I am an actual Haitian citizen living in france with my wife. During the last past five years i have been living from country to country. But nowhere is like the caribbean. It has been more than one year that we are planning to go back to the caribbean and we have chosen St Lucia. Though we would like to know what it takes to get there. Do we need a job or we can start on our own? My wife and i are most specialized in tourism.
