I am retired. I lived most of my life in Utah. My wife is Brazilian. I am living in a remote area here in Brazil. The only person I talk with is my wife. Know one else here speaks English. If I don't speak portugues how am I going to get a drivers license. I can get the IADP but eventually I am going to be corned into getting a license here.
