I went on my first living-abroad-adventure last summer. The destination was Barcelona. And what I got out of it was pretty much the best time of my life, sol, sangría and tapas. I enjoyed living in the beautiful city of Gaudí and to be surrounded by arquithecture, art and culture. But things were going pretty bad at last. I used to live in Sants-Montjuïc in a small appartment on third floor. With my Peruvian boyfriend and his mother. I didnt get along very well with my mother-in-law. So I went back to Denmark, back to the boring life I had before I left. While my boyfriend went back to Peru to finish his studies. I was really heartbroken when he told me that. But instead of feeling sorry for myself I decided not to give up on what was a dream for me: Living abroad. My wanderlust has only grown and the desire to go somewhere has drawn my in a new direction, to another part of the world: Peru. A country that has fascinated me from time to time. With its history and landscapes. From Cuzco to the Amazon. This time Ill be walking on the streets of Trujillo in Peru. While Ill be eating Pollo a la Brasa and Ceviche, getting married and discovering a new world. Oh, and Im Claudia and I'm sort of an adventuress whos trying to make her way in the world.
