my name is Hirut Fisher and i am from Ethiopia. i have been living in England over 23years. i am a nurse with extra qualification for specialist Practitioner in District Nursing (Community nursing) and specialist Practice Teacher. I have a Hospital@Home serviceunder LeBeteseb hospital @home care to provide nursing service at patients home. I have been running this project in a small scale due to quality of resources. However we re organisse and restructured the business planning on expanding the service in all direction with more resources. We have develope a new ways of providing quality by providing training and development specially tailored to home nursing for nurses who are qualified. We have lead nurse and team leaders for 12 nurses that monitors and support staff and ensure quality care is provided to our patients at all times.
