I'm a Canadian who has been an expat 7 times before the age of 30. I know what it feels like to drop your suitcase in a new city and create a new life for yourself ( often in places where you don't even speak the language). I've lived in Budapest, Osaka, Perth, Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich and Beijing. I feel like an expat in my hometown of Toronto after returning from 6 years living abroad.
