Hi everyone, I retired from a career in undergraduate education in the wi state University system in 2009. Although my roots are in Connecticut- norwich, new london, mystic , Groton, I have been a badger since 1979-on wisconsin! I had An uncle who was a a liberty ship stationed in noumea in WWII. He raved about New Caledonia! I am a dink- divorced individual no kids- and free to wander.i Really want to know how expensive is it ti live in noumea relative to the us-2x,3x Or what? What would a 700 square foot apartment cost me- 70 sq meters.can anyone out there help me?
