Hi peeps , I'm coming to Trinidad at the end of the month to work in the Port of Spain . I want to keep my fitness up and enjoy my outdoor pursuits . Can anyone give me any info for gyms and kite surfing , trekking etc . :)
forget to mention there is kite surfing ... in trinidad ... your gonna have to go the toco side .. am not sure but a lot of people go over to tobago to kite surf and its jus a cheap air fare ... or boat ride to get over to the other island Read More

there are good gyms in port of spain area so you shouldn't have a problem kinding one near you work /house. Bio fitness is its in west mall in port of spain and there is fitness centre all over the island ... the marvel branch is there bigger ... Read More
