I am a homeschool mom living in NJ right outside of Philadelphia. We researched countries like Jamaica(parents were from there and I can easily get second passport), Panama, Costa Rica, Brazil, Belize... But something is drawing us to consider Ecuador. We don't necessarily need to live in a large expat area since we are trying to escape that life. We just want to grow food, have a local business, enjoy nature and travel.
