Hi everyone, On September 28, I and my wife submitted our documents to VFS Istanbul for a D visa (Single permit and Family reunification). However, there is still no progress in our case. I want to gather those who are waiting for a visa to be issued in September (or around) the same status as us, under this heading. Please share here the date you submitted the documents to VFS and please let us know if you get approval soon.

Hi,

I scheduled my visa appointment for December 5th this year, but my single permit was approved in mid October. Upon receiving this information, I sent an email to VFS Global and the Belgium embassy on 23rd October to revise my appointment for an earlier date. VFS Global phoned me up the next day, and made a new appointment for 13th of November. This morning I submitted all required documents to VFS Global smoothly.

Hello all,

I will receive my annex 46 soon, the question is which category should I select for VFS appointment if it will be single permit + family reunification? do i need separate appointments or can they handle my family鈥檚 documents too in a single permit reservation. thank you.

Hello, when your work permit and residence permit are ready, it takes appx 5 days for approval from VFS Global Istanbul.
