Hello,
No such link exists (or at least, nothing that is reliable). Not even the CV government publishes this information. As far as I know, I am the only accurate, online source of this information, simply because I personally go to the immigration department to gather the most up-to-date information for my personal files and I provide information to those who request it. In addition, I assist many foreigners obtain their residency visas.
Now, what exactly is it that you wish to know? In general, to legally migrate from the UK (or anywhere else) to Cape Verde, you must first enter the country as a tourist, then you simply apply for a residency visa after your entry into the country. It is that simple in concept, but in practice, you will have to provide a legitimate reason for residing in Cape Verde. For example, you'll need to prove that you have a job, or that you're a retiree, or that you've registered a local business, or that you've enrolled at a university as a student, etc.
Finally, it would be very helpful to note that you should apply for your residency visa in Praia, the capital, on the island of Santiago. This is where the head office of the immigration department is located and therefore where immigration proceedings are conducted in accordance with the law. So you should plan to reside in the capital for at least a few months until you obtain your residency visa.
Under no circumstances should you apply for a residency visa in Sal, which is the island where most UK citizens settle in Cape Verde. In Sal, the immigration officers have a reputation for being vehemently opposed to the legitimate immigration of foreigners, so they make it as difficult as possible for you to obtain a visa and will even go as far as making illegal requests for documents that are not actually required by law. And to make bad matters worse, they will be dismissive and extremely rude to you in the hopes that you abandon the residency process.
Unfortunately, there is no British embassy in Cape Verde where you might complain about the appalling and xenophobic conduct of the immigration department in Sal.
If there is anything in particular that you need to know, please send me a private message.
Cheers,
Angelo
