I think it would be a really good idea to learn at least basic Dutch, although 95% of people speak at least some English most jobs require you to speak Dutch unless it's something really specialised, and even then, you'll get on so much better when dealing with locals. CV wise I can't help you without seeing it but I've had enough jobs off the back of an English CV to know that's not an issue in general so maybe it's the content. Hope that helps.

My partner is a Dutch citizen and I want to move to the Netherlands with her.
