Anyone who got contracts in this month yet? What is happening at ese? August groups has departed... When are they starting with Septembers group?

I was asked to complete Assessment yesterday after that I have been waiting for clearance check, I haven't been informed about the outcome of the security check yet, you think I can still manage to go in September if security check passes?

@giseleisaacs I didn’t even, and I received a message from my recruiter saying that there are no openings for my subject in September 2023, do you think when they would ask me to join?

I have yet to get my offer letter. I took the assessment July 25th and was told I passed 3 days later. I have been waiting to hear about the offer letter but recruiter said they are finalizing offer letters. Anyone else in this situation?

February-interview——>July-Offer letter——> Official contract TODAY.

To say it has been a long process would be a huge understatement!

@Princessdi If I were you, I'd avoid the ESE like the plague. I started work with the MoE in 2020, then ESE took over a few years later.

All in all, they treat teachers like trash, you have to falsify grades (not just a little bit, more like 25% up to 90%), your effort isn't recognised and foreigners are treated like second-class citizens.

My contract ended in the first few days of Janaury 2024, I'm still waiting for my gratuity pay. Everyone I know had to wait months for theirs, for money that they earned. It's all so wrong. You don't receive any pay for the first few months either.

Also, if you don't falsify grades, they award a low appraisal score, which in turn, means you don't qualify for the pay rise. Avoid!

Hi teachers how many of you teachers have already moved to the uae? They asked my attest me documents and it's gone 2 months with out any contact or offer letter, please advise guys.
