Back pain not pleasant

Hi I live in Amarilla golf, Tenerife. I have had very bad back pain for the last 3 months, I have seen my doctor who as just prescribed tablets, which don't do any good, Can anyone recommend an osteopath or similar hopefully as close to the area I live, any other recommendations would be appreciated.
