Do you need the covid vaccine to enter Kenya?

Post new topic

ZachtheLad

Looking for information on covid entry requirements to Kenya.

I'm considering visiting soon but I'm unvaccinated and I don't wear masks.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

@ZachtheLad

You don't have to be jabbed to come to Kenya (Bill Gates hasn't bribed enough...).

You are supposed to have a test done when you arrive at Jumo Kenyatta Airport.

But there is none to do it nor the equipment. So if you want to make it short when you arrive, keep €20/$20 in your pocket handy and give it to the first asshole that will ask for your covid test...

@ZachtheLad Yes. You do need to be vaccinated.........or have a recent (within 72 hrs) PCR negative test. Have you not travelled anywhere recently??

ZachtheLad

@Mario Almeida Great. So with a PCR test you don't need to be vaccinated - like many other places. Thanks.

ZachtheLad

@emdureux Ah, good old Kill Gates, he's been a busy lad. Thanks for the advice, will certainly look into it.

There's a simple answer.

You do NOT need to be vaccinated. You DO need a negative PCR test. Paying a bribe just encourages the practice to continue, which does not help this country that is burdened by corruption.

@ZachtheLad Not required at all since announcement last week. However you will self-report if you have symptoms.
